Implementations of Integrated Workplace Management Solutions ("IWMS") are increasing workforce performance and reducing costs.

In part one of this interactive session we will create a visual "road map" for implementation of an IWMS using a specialized "game board", which will demonstrate how different participants (executive sponsor, CRE leader, IT implementer, etc.) interact to design and implement an IWMS. Part two incorporates the game board in a facilitated, peer-to-peer discussion concerning implementation challenges in specific business sectors including financial services, manufacturing, utilities, pharmaceutical, government and retail.
