To accommodate growth and enhance workplace efficiency, calPERS needed to reorganize operations within their existing 500,000 square foot headquarters and build an adjacent new 1.1 million gsf expansion. CalPERS was committed to building a facility that would enhance employee productivity, collaboration, the quality of work environment and incorporate sustainable design.
