When a newly developed site master plan was developed for Novartis' headquarters campus called for a number of new buildings and extensive renovations to existing buildings, it was time to develop an integrated web-based facility management system. Novartis' training partner, AMS, suggested that Novartis use the web-based facility management software FM:Interact, Fm:Systems' flagship product. Due to its flexibility, Novartis, with the help of AMS, was able to create an integrated system which links multiple data sources and streamlines data entry.
