AMB Morgan Business Center in Bloomingdale, Georgia is being designed as a LEED Silver certified building. This 343,000 square foot building is the first of four LEED Certified buildings that are being contemplated for a total of 3.3 million square feet upon completion. This is first LEED-Silver certified speculative development in the southeastern United States demonstrating AMB's commitment to making environmentally sensitive projects available to our customers. In addition, AMB continues to incorporate many applicable sustainable features into our new developments company wide, including fulfilling LEED requirements for categories related to sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources as well as indoor environmental quality.
