That portfolio footprints are shrinking in response to the increasing numbers of mobile workers is well known. At Nortel, progressive integrated workplace initiatives are being implemented all over the world as a standard response to mobility, but workers are adopting mobility at a far greater pace than what was envisioned, demanding even bolder responses to this accelerating phenomenon. The implications for Nortel and our industry are far-reaching - new paradigms are emerging that will radically change how workplace is conceived, delivered, accessed and used.
