Description

CoreNet Global Applied Research Center Special Report.
October 2008 marked a turning point in the priorities and daily focus of corporate real estate (CRE) executives as the full forces of the global credit and investment banking crises began to pronounce themselves across all global regions.

A total of 101 corporate occupiers (end users) and 99 service providers including economic developers completed the survey conducted on site 10 November 2008 at the Orlando Global Summit. A majority of respondents' companies employ 10,000 - 100,000 people. Nearly 10% employ more than 100,000.
