Ernst & Young Australia: New Workplace Standards and Initiatives Program
 
E&Y Australia?s national property director Stephen Cox - nominated by partner Geyer Corporate Environments - oversaw the design and implementation of new workplace standards and initiatives along with the collocation of 2,500 employees in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth following a merger with Arthur Andersen. The program reduced the EYA premises rent by $25 million per annum and reduced space by 38,000 square meters. Cox was named CRE of the Year by CoreNet Global Australia.
