Leslie Whatley of JP Morgan Chase Named CoreNet Global Chairperson
Jeffrey Elie of Kaplan Elected Chair-Elect;
John Igoe of SARES REGIS Group to Serve as Treasurer

ATLANTA - May 26, 2004 - CoreNet Global, the international association of corporate real estate professionals, announced the election of Leslie Whatley, MCR, as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the 7,500-member association. Whatley, based in Jersey City, NJ, is senior vice president of Global Real Estate and Client Services for JP Morgan Chase. Leslie Whatley succeeds Sean B. McCourt, of Ford Motor Land Services Corp., as Chairperson.

The Board also announced the election of Jeffrey Elie as Chair-elect and John F. Igoe, BCCR, as CoreNet Global Treasurer. Elie is Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities for Kaplan Inc. in New York City. Igoe is Vice President, Commercial Development, SARES REGIS Group of Northern California, and was formerly Vice President of Real Estate and Site Services for Palm Solutions Group, a unit of Palm, Inc. He is based in Milpitas, CA.

Other newly elected members to the board include Roy Cloudsdale, Vice President, Corporate Clients Global, Johnson Controls, Inc. in Mississauga, ON; and Mark Golan, Vice President of Workplace and Worldwide Real Estate for Cisco Systems, Inc. He is based in San Jose, CA. They were elected to serve three-year terms.

In addition, Joe S. Tibensky, Manager of International Property & Real Estate, Federal Express Canada Ltd. was named an Associate board member representing Canada.
