    Q. How can I submit a document or link to the Knowledge Center?

    A. Click on Contribute a New Resource in the Feedback section on the home page. You will find a form to fill out. All contributions will be reviewed according to the policy (link here to the document) for adding new resources to the Knowledge Center


    Q. What is a Passport?

    A. The passport system is a graduated system of access to information on the Knowledge Center. The Free Level is for Public Access; access to Level 1 is free for all members; Learning Partners have access to Level 1 -Level 3; Research Partners have access to Level 1 - Level 4. Level 2 is not active at this time. You must login to gain access to the levels to which you have access.


    Q. I am a CoreNet Global member. How do I obtain my Level One Passport which is free?

    A. Your Level One Passport is activated when you join or renew your membership. If you have problems with login or Level One access, please call 404-589-3200 or 1.800.726.8111 for assistance in activating your passport.


    Q. Can I make copies of anything I download from the Knowledge Center?

    A. No, copyright law states that you have permission to use the material you download for individual use only. If you want to post something from the Knowledge Center to an intranet site or distribute it in any way, you are required to obtain written permission from CoreNet Global.


    Q. What if I can’t find what I am looking for?

    A. The Knowledge Center staff is available to assist you in locating the information that you need. If your request requires research extending beyond the Knowledge Center, you will be referred to a research facility that can handle your request. Please contact the Knowledge Center staff for more information for assistance. The quickest way to get assistance is to fill out the online request form.     Q. I am interested in learning more about CoreNet Global Learning Partners and Research Partners. Where can I obtain information about this program?

    Q. I am interested in purchasing something from the bookstore. How do I do this?

    A. If you find a bookstore item that you want to purchase in the Knowledge Center, click on the item, and it will take you to a shopping cart for purchase. Your order will then be transferred to our fulfillment center.

    You can also click on CoreNet Global Bookstore to see the entire bookstore collection.


    Q. Can I upgrade my passport to the next level at any time?

    A. No, all CoreNet Global Members have access to resources on the Free Level and Level 1. You must be a Learning Partner or Research Partner to gain access to the upper levels.


    Q. How do I become a member in order to get member access?

    A. You may join online at www.corenetglobal.org and click on Learn About Membership. You will need to create a login. You also can contact us at 1. 404.589.3200 or 1.800.726.8111 to join today.

    Q Can I interact with other members online in a chat room setting?

    A We do not have chat rooms in the Knowledge Center.


    Q. I am having trouble logging in. How do I find help?

    A Please call 1.404. 589.3200 or 1.800.726.8111 for assistance.


    Q. I have forgotten my login and password.

    A. Click on Login that the top of the webpage. On the login screen, click on “Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address as both your username and email address. Your password will be sent to you. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at 1. 404.589.3200 or 1.800.726.8111.
