Share your innovations and best practices by participating in the Global Awards Program. Three annual awards, each with sub-categories, are listed below for members and non members to submit entries. The submissions in these categories are eligible for consideration for the ultimate award, the Global Innovators Award.

Call for cases is open from 18 November 2009 until 16 February 2010 for the 2010 Global Awards Program.

Sustainable Leadership
CoreNet Global, in partnership with the
International Interior Design Association
and the
American Institute of Architects
/ Committees on the Environment and Interior Architecture, celebrate those leaders who understand that today sustainability initiatives in design and development must do more than meet industry standards - their initiatives must rise above current standards, and must point the way to new solutions that reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining the highest standards of industry practice.

Sustainable Design / Architecture
Commercial or non-profit / government projects by design/client teams whose commercial buildings integrate sustainability practices with design excellence while meeting each organization's objectives for the project. Must be a commercial project built after 2005 and occupied for at least 6 months.

Commercial or non-profit / government project by design / client teams whose commercial interiors integrate sustainability practices with design excellence while meeting the client's objectives for the project. Must be a commercial project built after 2004 and occupied for at least 6 months.

Economic Development Leadership
Recognizes leadership, best practices and innovations in economic development representing national, state, regional and local interests. The submissions may represent communities and corporations involved in location decisions involving:
Leadership and Innovation
Includes creating new strategies, overcoming long-standing obstacles to progress, creating diverse effective community teams, attracting new corporate facilities and jobs, developing web-based tools, design of incentives programs.
Major Deals and Projects
Includes recruitment of major companies resulting in new capital investments and/or jobs; expansion of existing companies; demonstrated creativity in structuring win-win transactions/deals.

Industry Excellence (Best Practices)
All CRE industry organizations whose submissions raise the standards for excellence and best practice, described as a management practice and work process that leads to world-class, superior performance and delivers a desired, measurable and sustained result.
Leadership and Strategy
Motivating and influencing participants in the organization's internal and external networks to achieve the vision, mission, and goals of the enterprise.
Workplace
(may include IT, HR, Legal and Finance) Shows support and enabling work wherever and whenever it takes place within the context of an interconnected network of businesses
Service Delivery
An organization's broad reaching approach to service delivery from tactical services to strategy planning, including work performed by parties internal and external to the organization, and contributes to the benefit of clients, customers or stakeholders.
Asset Management
The management of any enterprise resource that is viewed as an asset, such as human capital, technological, real estate, knowledge or capital and is seen as a contributing factor to the success, profitability and overall competitive advantage of the enterprise.
Technology
(including telecommunications technology) Information technology that supports and enables work; specifically web-enabled tools and their related platforms and applications, and the devices through which they are accessed.

1. Fee of $195 must be accompany each submission, by credit card payment only. Immediately upon submitting this form, you will be forwarded to a secure site for payment.
2. The Global Awards Program serves as an important knowledge-sharing channel so that your company's or organization's case submission(s) may also be used in CoreNet Global Summit Education Sessions and Workshops, and other knowledge-sharing channels including the CoreNet Global Knowledge Center online, Corporate Real Estate Leader magazine, Chapter Learning Partner programs, the CoreNet Global Applied Research Center and other channels. Unless advised otherwise by the award participant(s), nominees' initial case submissions will be posted within the CoreNet Global Knowledge Center at www.corenetglobal.org as a knowledge-sharing service to members and the corporate real estate profession.
