1. Why use the CoRE Workshops Series?

CoRE Workshops provides you with fresh, valuable and stimulating education programs that will best meet your chapter's needs. Our workshop options, designed for the corporate end user and the senior service provider, draw on the knowledge resources we have obtained through the Discovery Forum process and Global Innovator Awards and in planning Summit content. We also help you with program implementation, from arranging a schedule to marketing to on-site coordination. Benefits of the CoRE Workshops Series include:
  • getting the most up-to-date information on corporate real estate practices,
  • participating in peer to peer learning and networking, and
  • ensuring your short program has proven, seasoned speakers.
Our program content is drawn from:
  • Discovery Forums
  • Industry Leader Roundtables
  • Review and Selection of Global Summits Topics and Speakers
  • New and Best Practices Found By Our Global Innovator Award Program
  • Expertise of Faculty Participating in the Executive Development Program
  • Chapter Program Successes

2. Why become a CoRE Workshops Partner?

Although individual programs are available to chapters, we strongly encourage chapters to partner with us to become CoRE Workshops Partners. CoRE Workshops Partners have the benefit of priority access to all workshops throughout the year for the price of participation as well as the complete library of Learning on CD-ROM videotaped case studies. All Chapter Participants will be recognized for their participation in our publications.

The CoRE Workshops Partner Program allows smaller chapters to receive the same benefits as the larger, more established chapters because the participation level is based on the number of members of each chapter. The levels are based on the ability of a chapter to recover its costs through registration and sponsorship revenue.

By selecting a higher level of participation up front, you receive the benefit of a more customized and viable, sustainable program that provides the necessary funding for the cost of programming on an annual basis. Participating as a Partner in the Program is like participating in a community fundraiser; the entire community and the association itself benefit from the increased quality of programs and additional support from staff. The greater the number of chapters participating, the higher the quality of the program and all offerings.
