Description:
Today's technology enables us to work in unprecedented ways - we can access the Internet, our office computer networks, and our colleagues at any time, from nearly anywhere in the world. We can gather for virtual meetings and conduct business 24/7/365. The larger implications of this phenomenon - known as mobility, or where and how people do their work - are significantly changing the traditional office as we know it.
With the demands of global competition, company bottom lines, and work-life balance constantly in front of us, it's no longer a choice as to whether or not to embrace mobile work patterns. Mobility is happening, even in companies with no formal mobility policies. Discover how companies can and must embrace these new mobility-enabled work patterns, resulting in the repurposing - even elimination - of now-underutilized "traditional" office space. Learn how effectively leveraging mobile work patterns can positively impact costs, environmental issues, and employee recruitment, retention and productivity.
Hear the results of original research by CoreNet Global's Workplace Community, supported by the critical analysis of thought leaders Bethany Davis, Dan Johnson, Gil Gordon and Chris Hood. Invite your colleagues to participate, and then initiate a discussion about what the latest trends in mobility mean for your organization.
You will learn:
- The societal forces demanding that organizations seize mobility opportunities sooner rather than later.
- How to identify the benefits of mobility best-suited to your organization and apply them in the business context.
- Why it's critical to keep employees engaged and connected to corporate culture - no matter where they work.
- How to initiate dialog about key areas in which mobility can create big advantages for your organization, ranging from cost-savings to productivity.
Even if your company has a great track record of recruiting and retaining employees, there are significant advantages to including mobility concepts in your policies and procedures. Register today - and then after the webinar, continue the knowledge-sharing experience by becoming an active member of the CoreNet Global Workplace Community!
