Course 1: Corporate Real Estate: What's It All About

CRE, Corporate Real Estate, is real estate owned or leased by a corporation for the purpose of conducting business activities. Simply put, CRE includes every property that is necessary for business operations. For all business organizations, real estate is a balance sheet asset, a market asset and an organizational asset. Real estate, much like human resources and technology, are assets intended to help corporations achieve long-term goals and objectives.
