Registration Information
Once you have registered via fax, online or mail and receive a confirmation from CoreNet Global Learning, there is no formal registration on site. Each student will be provided a badge, tent card and course book in the classroom. A registration desk will be centrally located for information and direction. Staff will be there to assist you.

Online Evaluations and Assessments

On the last day of class, all registrants will receive an email with a link to an online evaluation. Most MCR classes will receive an online evaluation with an assessment. All must be completed within 10 days of the last day of class. An assessment score of 80% or higher is required to receive credit towards candidacy in the MCR Program Series.

All MCR classes, with the exception of Real Estate Transactions, will be released at 2:30 on Monday, October 12th, to complete an online evaluation and assessment. The Real Estate Transactions class will have a written assessment onsite.

Registrants in the SLCR classes will receive a link to an online evaluation. At the completion of the evaluation, they will have an opportunity to save, print, or email their certificate of completion. MCR designees are requested to complete the evaluation only. They are not required to take the assessment.

Please note that MCR designees are not obligated to take the assessment to get continuing professional development (CPD) credit for taking the seminar.

Seminar Requirements

Corporate Real Estate Finance
Requires each student bring a laptop. Intermediate familiarity with Microsoft Excel is necessary. Case work will be done using Excel models. Participants should be comfortable: 1) navigating worksheets, 2) creating and copying formulas, 3) editing and modifying formulas.

Real Estate Transactions: Impact on Corporate Financial Statements
Requires a regular calculator and an annual report (or 10-K report). It is preferred that the annual report is from your company.

Networking
CoreNet Global makes every effort to create the right conditions for the highest level networking to support the learning that occurs in our programs. Break periods, luncheons and receptions are designed to provide networking opportunities among students and faculty.

Attire
The dress for all CoreNet Global seminars is business casual. We suggest that you wear layered clothing because room temperatures in conference facilities are difficult to control and may seem either too cool or too warm at times.

Maintaining the MCR Designation
MCR designees are required to earn continuing professional development (CPD) credits to maintain the designation. By participating in a two day pre-summit seminar and the CoreNet Global Las Vegas Summit, a MCR designee can earn 32 points toward the renewal requirement.
• Any two-day seminar: 16 credits
• Attending CoreNet Global Summit: 16 credits
