Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute or transfer to another seminar (within 12 months) at no charge. To receive a tuition refund (minus €150 processing fee), please give 14 days notice of cancellation in writing. If you cancel with fewer than 14 days notice, registration fees are non-refundable.
