Registration Information
Once you have registered via fax, online or mail and receive a confirmation from CoreNet Global, there is no formal registration on site.
Each student will be provided a badge, tent card and seminar book in the classroom. An EDP Information Center will be centrally located for program information and direction. EDP staff will be there to assist you.
Seminar Requirements
Corporate Real Estate Finance
Requires each student bring a laptop.
Real Estate Transactions: Impact on Corporate Financial Statements
Requires a calculator and annual report or 10K.
Networking
CoreNet Global makes every effort to create the right conditions for the highest level of networking to support the learning that occurs in our programs. Break periods, luncheons and receptions are designed to provide networking opportunities among students and faculty.
Attire
The dress for all CoreNet Global seminars is business casual. We suggest that you wear layered clothing because room temperatures in conference facilities are difficult to control and may seem either too cool or too warm at times.
Maintaining the MCR Designation
MCR designees are required to earn continuing professional development (CPD) credits to maintain the designation. By participating in a two day pre-summit seminar and the CoreNet Global Summit, a MCR designee can earn 32 points toward the renewal requirement.

US$50 Discount for Candidates of the MCR or SLCR Series
Seminar Cancellation Policy
Please provide written notice of cancellation prior to the event.
- You may send a substitute, transfer to another seminar, or request a credit voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue, at no additional charge.
- To receive a tuition refund less a US$150 service fee, please give 14 days notice of cancellation in writing. If you cancel with fewer than 14 days notice, registration fees are non-refundable.
- If you do not attend and do not provide written notice of cancellation, seminar registration and fees are forfeited.
