Webinars
LEED® Series

Join us for a 90-minute live, interactive, online program and learn what it takes to successfully begin a LEED® project

With today's greater emphasis on the environment and ensuring buildings are "green," organizations are increasingly looking to LEED certification for their projects. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System", developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, provides standards for environmentally sustainable construction.

Learn how to use this framework for assessing building performance and meeting sustainability goals! In this first of a series of CoreNet Global webinars focusing on LEED, discover why existing business processes aren't enough to deliver a successful LEED project. LEED is a certification process – much like an exam – laying out certain requirements that when met, ensure your project is "green" and earns that coveted LEED certification. Knowing the right questions to ask can help you design an integrated process with the necessary level of rigor to know who needs to be involved, and when, from planning through implementation.

Who should attend
Corporate and commercial real estate professionals who:
  • have management responsibility for the successful delivery of a LEED project
  • anticipate being a member of a LEED team
  • have responsibility for identifying real estate for clients wanting a LEED project
  • are supply-chain members contributing to a LEED project such as architects, interior designers, brokers, etc.
