Architectural Tour of the Central Business District (CBD)
(Walking Tour)

Experience a variety of architecture unique to Hong Kong by joining this fascinating walking tour of Hong Kong’s CBD. Led by an experienced Hong Kong architect, you will be given a flavor of the old and the new, the public and the private, as well as an interesting insight into Hong Kong’s bustling way of life.

Tour duration is 3 hours. Wear light clothing and bring a waterproof jacket / mackintosh and umbrella. Comfortable shoes are essential and sunscreen is recommended. Water will be provided.

Next Generation Commercial Real Estate Projects in Hong Kong
(Site Tour)

The tour visits two of Hong?Kong’s most technologically advanced projects:

Cyberport received two prestigious awards for intelligent buildings in 2004 from The Intelligent Buildings Forum and Realcomm. Cyberport is a symbol of Hong Kong's unwavering determination to develop as a leading Information Technology (IT) and digital city in the region. At an estimated cost of US$2 billion (HK$15.8 billion), this landmark project aims to create a creative and interactive environment that will be home to a strategic cluster of more than 100 IT companies and over 10,000 IT professionals.

Two International Finance Centre (IFC2), is Hong Kong’s newest and tallest landmark and is currently the 6th tallest building in the world. Built on reclaimed land, it is part of a US$2.8 billion complex the advance planning and investment in infrastructure has provided a platform for flexibility for the growing needs for tenants. The tour will include a visit to the futuristic command control centre.

Lend Lease HQ 30 The Bond
(Virtual Tour)

This site tour will be conducted at the Island Shangri La Hotel and will provide a detailed review of 30 The Bond, Hickson Road, Sydney, the new home of Lend Lease in Sydney and the first move for the organization in more than 30 years. The key to this project was the blending of internal and external communities’ requirements to develop an outcome that was commercially viable from day one.

Key Innovations of the project include:

• Australia’s first five star rated green house office building
• Setting new standards in transparency and social connectivity
• Workplace design

Morning Harbour Cruise
(Boat Tour)

Victoria Harbour is one of the world's busiest and most impressive natural harbours. Hong Kong's striking coastline and the countless container vessels, junks, sampans and pleasure craft gliding around the harbour create an exciting view. Take in some of Hong Kong’s most famous landmarks from the water – convention and exhibition center, the worlds most busiest container terminal and Tsing Ma Bridge, the world’s longest suspension bridge linking Hong Kong to the new airport are just some of the opportunities that await.
