Discounts and Promotions
Multiple End-User Registrations from One Organisation – Organisations sending more than one End-User (members and non-members) to the Melbourne 2009 Summit will receive a 20 per cent discount for the second and subsequent End-User registrations. Members of Other Organisations – Members of other approved associations who are not members of CoreNet Global are eligible to register at the discounted 'Other Association Member' Rate in their relevant category of End-User or Service-Provider. Please see below for End-User and Service-Provider definitions. Members registering under this category are required to forward an email to cmartin@corenetglobal.org with their name, member association and membership number immediately following registration. This offer is not available with any other conference offers.
Summit and MCR Cancellation Policy
To cancel a confirmed Registration, please send your cancellation request in writing to CoreNet Global. A refund (minus A $195 +GST service fee) will be issued if your cancellation request is received no later than Friday 26 June, 2009. No refunds/credits will be granted after this date. Alternatively, you may substitute another person to take your place provided your written request is received no later than 7 days prior to the Summit/Seminar. If you purchased Registration at the Member rate, and the substituted person is a Non-Member, the incremental fee is required to be paid to confirm the Registration. CoreNet Global reserves the right to cancel Seminars/Events at short notice.
Privacy Waiver
Business details of all registered delegates will be included in the Summit Delegate List. This list will be available on site at Registration. If you object to disclosing your full business details and wish only your full name and company / organisation to be included, please email cmartin@corenetglobal.org to advise at time of registration.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all Summit and MCR Delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to attending the Summit and/or MCR Seminars. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of either or both of the Summit or any MCR Seminar, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, & additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have
to be altered. CoreNet Global (including the Melbourne Chapter, and the Australia and New Zealand Region) nor Dec-It-Out (the Summit Organiser) will not take any responsibility for any Delegate failing to insure.
