The secret to controlling it is to embrace it; but most of us resist change, creating a feeling of discomfort or anguish within ourselves. Jennifer James communicated how accepting change can allow us to explore new strengths in ourselves and provide a chance to reach out to others and make a connection. Utilizing common sense in combination with her own personal philosophy, Dr. James increases the productivity of organizations.
